What do you need to know about my health?
Prior to receiving most initial services, you will be asked to complete an intake form. All information provided will be kept confidential and will be used for analysis and safety only. Upon return visits, please notify your technician of any major changes in your health condition such as recent surgery, new oral or topical medications, pregnancy, etc.
I need to cancel my appointment, will I be charged?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in being charged the full value of the missed appointments . If this becomes a recurring problem you will be asked to keep an active credit card on file. We appreciate your understanding on this issue.
What if I'm going to be late for my appointment?
We will always do our best to see you. However, If you are more that 15 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. If scheduling does not permit a shortened appointment, it will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the original service price. We appreciate your understanding on this issue.
What if I'm sick?
If you are feeling under the weather don't hesitate to contact us. We do not want to see you if you're sick. You will not be charge for appointments cancelled due to illness.
What if it snows?
We understand that many of our clients travel to visit us. There will never be a charge for appointments missed due to poor weather conditions.
May I use my phone in the lobby?
A calm and quite atmosphere is crucial to our business. We ask that all electronic devices (cell phones, tablets, etc.) should be set to silent while in the building.
Are children welcome?
Clients under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by an adult. Clients are asked not to bring children for appointments scheduled for more than 30 minutes. For those appointments of 30 minutes or less children must remain with the adult at all times.
How long are gift certificates valid?
Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
How long do I have to make a product return?
If you are not satisfied for any reason, retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit.
